KRAFTON is the developer while Kakao Games will be the publisher of Elyon Online. From the creators of TERA online, Kakao bring the west audience a brand new MMORPG. Unfortunately, it is still using the Unreal Engine 3 as opposed to the newer Unreal Engine 4. This is actually quite a shame due to the fact that Unreal Engine 5 is already in works, we should honestly be seeing games released in Unreal Engine 4 or equivalent this decade. As we know, there are lots of performance issues associated with Unreal Engine 3 along with graphics and textures looking quite bland, stock and plasticly.

Elyon is releasing on September 29, 2021!
Elyon Closed Beta Information
There is three ways to get into the Closed Beta for Elyon.
The first method is the simplest, it is simply to pre-order the game. There is currently a total of 3 tiers of pre-order you can purchase. Any level will grant you the closed beta access.
While the second way is up to the fate of your luck, it’s signing up for the closed beta.
The third way is a 100% success rate for everyone, all you have to do is stream Elyon videos for 1 hour on Twitch.
Unlike the first closed beta test, it was much easier to sign up this time. This could be due to the fact that the first closed beta was such a mess, for both signup process and actual gameplay. This may have resulted in some of the community simply losing hype and hope for this project. Not the mention, it is published by Kakao Games who broke their promises during the initial Black Desert Question & Answers pre-release.
