Monster Super League

It’s been awhile since I did Hero Festival in Monster Super League, I had a short break in April before coming back sometime in June. With over 20k Astrogems stacked up this time, I am very confident today is the day I will get some good Nat 5 Astromons from Hero Festival.

While usually I will be releasing my Nat 3 Astromons for enchant materials for my teams I am building, I won’t be doing that this time around. I will be participating in 3* Rebirth Festival for Light & Dark Bulbie as well as Light Miho.

In fact, I already have the Light and Dark Bulbie, so I would be collecting Nat 3 fodder to feed them, while It’s been years since I played MSL, since 2016 to be exact, and I still haven’t came across a Light Miho yet, despite countless Dark Mihos.

Let’s get into it, Hero Festival is one of the main highlights for me in Monster Super League as I am trying for both Light and Dark Balrona for years now.

Hero Festival

Hero Festival happens sometime during the middle of each month. It’s a ongoing monthly event that happens in Monster Super Leagues. During this time, you are able to pull special Astromons that are not found anywhere else in the game. One of them was the Light Artemis that I pulled.

I’m feeling pretty lucky, in fact, I want to fill up all 3/3 Nat 5 egg slots this time with my 23k budget. Hopefully, that’s enough to roll a Light or Dark Balrona. I think it is finally time I will get her?

While this has not been the biggest pull to date so far, it was certainly my very first time I have finished 3/3 Festival Eggs ever. In fact, I still have over 10k gems left which I may consider pulling during Clan Festival or Primo. On second thoughts, probably not since I am obsessed with Balrona despite knowing how addicting Gacha Games can be. Well, then again, that’s exactly why I took a short break, to get away from the toxicity and negativity from terrible pulls.

In eighteen pulls, I received 3 x 5* which is exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with this pull despite not getting anything I wanted.

So this pull recorded so far – Ratio-ing at 1.52% of getting a Nat 5 & 17.17% for a Nat 4.

Overall, one of the better runs, got 3 Nat 5s + 3 more Festival eggs making a total of 6 Nat 5s for just over 10k gems. That’s a lot more than usual.

In fact, my very first Astromon was a Natural 5 Water Merlin which stunned me for a bit as I was just shocked and didn’t know if I should keep going or not. Now thinking back, I was happy I kept going.

As for the Light Dark Balrona, looks like July isn’t my month either. I’ll look forward to Hero Festival in August.
