Tower of God
Tower of God Great Journey is an idle gacha game based on the super popular Webtoon series Tower of God, don’t forget to check out my review on this gacha game. Tower of God is a game that allows you to progress quite easily day in day out, every day or two, you feel like you made some slight progress, and each upgrade feels quite meaningful, unlike some mobile games I have played in the past. It’s been a few days since I was able to progress in any mode, whether it is past Story Hard Mode Chapter 2 or pass Story Normal 9-11 or progress and finally beat Tower of Trial F100. My first attempt was Story Normal 9-12 so we might get a few reviews these next few days!
My biggest upgrades were getting Jinsung to T1 and upgrading some of his skills. My skills for the 4 characters I use in Chapter 9-12 are shown below.
Story Normal Mode
I can still vividly remember being one shotted basically previously, all I really needed was Bam to get to the other side to soak the damage all by himself since Yuri should have more than enough DPS output to kill the robot. However, no matter how many times I attempt that, it just wasn’t possible.
Instead, I thought how about I just make my characters tanky enough to tank it instead. This is exactly what I attempted and got Bam on the other side as assurance anyways. While Jinsung did explode as I would expect him to as he was a front liner, Bam teleporting looks like it did shorten the beam time only and pretty much barely hitting Hansung allowing both Yuri and Hansung to live. While Bam was able to easily tank the Robot Elite with Yuri & Hansung helping with sub-dps.
