New World is an sandbox MMORPG developed and published by Amazon Game Studio with a release date of 31 August 2021. You, the players are stuck on the mysterious but curse island of Aeternum that is full of magic. Whether you are fighting your old crewmates or new island castaways, do you have what it takes to master the weapon that fits you. Do you know each weapon in New World is completely unique? Do you have what it takes to survive through any means in this 17th century alternative supernatural fiction version of North America and gain immortality through Azoth?

Gemstone in New World

In Amazon’s MMORPG New World, you are able to socket gemstones in both your weapon and armors. Each Gem in provides an unique effect and modifier that will enhance your gears whether it’s offensively or defensively. There is no separation of gemstones, they are universal and can be slotted in both weapon and armors, while each one will providing respectively offensive or defensive effects.

Gemstones currently have 4 tier levels each providing a slightly stronger effect then the previous. These are named using roman numerals; Tier II, Tier III, Tier IV and Tier V. Respectively meaning Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 and Tier 5.

Where Do You Get Gemstones

Gemstones can be crafted by the Stone Cutting Profession. You are able to find materials from the mining both stones and ores.
