Is Pip Worth Getting in MSL

Monster Super League 3/4★ Exotic Astromon Pip

Monster Super League in the past had an collection of Exotic Astromons which had a very rare/difficult to obtain status and usually much stronger than their Natural ★ counterparts. However, in the recent years, Exotic Astromons became a very common feat and isn’t worth or superbly strong Astromons no more. As Exotic Astromons are now all on rotation, it is just a matter of time before it comes back and you can attempt to capture them once again.

Which Element Pip Is Worth it?

Simple answer: Light Dark and Wood in this order are the only elements that are useful. Fire and Water just completely useless, especially fire element.

Out of all the current elements, Light Pip would be hands down the most useful to any beginner to immediate player. While Dark could potentially be the gamechanger Astromon to beat some Tower of Chaos rooms or Golems even though it is still quite lacking with only 3 saps for 1 turn. Lastly the Wood Element would be great for all players as it can be a very strong contender during ★3 League Week.

Is It Worth Capturing Pip?

Yes, do it. If you don’t need her (like me), then capture her anyways for the Collection. If you have finished her collection, then if you have Astrochips to waste, capture her anyways to release or use for rebirths. While in the past this may be a great idea, it is now debatable simply because if you are a big AFKer like I am, you might gather more Astromons with the Auto-Capture feature nows as Auto Capture does not work on Exotics Astromon.

Should I Ascended Pip?

I don’t see a reason to Ascend her, unless you absolutely want to for Light or Wood Element, then it’s a possibility, but Pip does not offer anything great that you would waste a month’s worth of Dimensional Rift Stones on for.

Will Fayie Build Pip?

I would more than likely build Light Pip as I am lacking a bit of high DPS Light Astromons, however, regardless I will still attempt to capture all of them simply for collection.
