Some of the players just went ahead and was doing the Magmadon World Boss in Rohendel and after killing it, received a 4-part Yellow Chain Quest drop.

However, what if you cannot find the NPC for Ervantes, Mage of Moonkeep after completing Transmuted Magick Orb? That is because, the quest is actually not an NPC, but a hidden burried item near the Moonkeep Tripod.
You will be able to find a little orange grow near the gates of the Moonkeep. When approched closer, you will see the interaction menu Bury (G). Once you interacted with his, you will receive the final part 4 of this quest line.
